Welcome to SufMatch Go Hub. By accessing or using our community platform — including trading boards, partner matching, chat, and rewards — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The Service
SufMatch Go Hub is a community platform for Monopoly GO! players that provides sticker trading boards, partner and event matching, private messaging, and a points-based rewards program. We are an independent fan community and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Scopely, Inc. or Monopoly GO!.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering; we may suspend accounts that use false identities.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post spam, scams, or fraudulent trade offers; buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money through the platform; attempt to exploit or manipulate the rewards points system; upload malicious code; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Trading & Matching
All trades, carries, and matches are arranged directly between users. SufMatch Go Hub does not guarantee the conduct of any user and is not a party to any trade. Always verify your partner before completing an exchange. Report scams to moderators through the chat or our official channels.
5. Rewards & Points
Reward points have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and may not be exchanged for cash. We may adjust point values, rewards, and program rules at any time. Points earned through fraud, automation, or abuse may be revoked and the associated account suspended.
6. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including blocking users who engage in harassment or scams.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SufMatch Go Hub is not liable for losses arising from trades between users, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to our team via the official channels listed on the Links page.
9. Free Service & Future Contributions
SufMatch Go Hub is provided free of charge to all users. We do not display third-party advertisements on the platform. While the service is currently free, we may introduce optional community donations or contributions in the future to help cover platform maintenance and hosting costs. Any such contributions will be voluntary and will not be required to access core features of the service.
10. Privacy, Data & Third-Party Liability
SufMatch Go Hub does not collect, request, or link to Facebook login data, social media passwords, or Monopoly GO! account credentials. Trades are arranged strictly through user-generated in-game friend codes and links; SufMatch Go Hub acts only as a matchmaking directory and is not a party to any trade. The actual exchange of stickers, dice, tokens, or other in-game items takes place entirely inside Scopely's official Monopoly GO! environment and is governed by Scopely's terms and policies. Uploaded album screenshots are read only in memory for the purpose of updating your sticker checklist, are deleted immediately after processing, and are never stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.
